How To Enter

1. Fill in the Form Below (some phones will are incompatible with our Form. Best with computer or laptop)

2. Be sure to attach your Photo(s) to the form

3. You will need your

   1. Evening Gown Photo,

   2. Your head and shoulders photo (Glitz is ok) and

   3. if Going for grand add your Super-Model Outfit of Choice Photo too. 

4. Please reduce sizes of photos if too large they will not send, if too small they will not post on site. 1 MB is perfect size. 

5. Submit Form

6. Pay the entry fee based on the amount of photos sent.

7. Photos should be head and shoulders best pics you have. 

8. re-touch ok, natural ok, selfie ok, pro ok.

9. EXTENDED TO MARCH 12, 2022                                                                                                             Photo contest starts February 8, 2022 and ends February 20, 2022 5PM
